October 2006, Ottawa, Canada   Brightwell Technologies announced today that it has several new clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The customers develop bio-pharmaceutical drugs and are using Brightwell's Micro-Flow Imaging (MFI™) instruments to measure and analyze particles in these formulations.

Brightwell has developed several innovative features and modifications for its MFI instruments to meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. MFI is equally effective for subvisible and visible particles. The company has published a Qualification Study for MFI and Parenteral Formulations.
